It’s easy to leave sesame (in the form of tahini) out of hummus and still have a really delicious, easy dip. This is one of our favourites!
Ingredients
- 1 tin chickpeas, drained
- 1 lemon, juice and zest of
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 2-3 tbsp of olive oil
- Pinch ground cumin
Method1
1. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
2. Check for seasoning and add more olive oil or lemon juice if it is too thick.
3. Season as required.
