Professor Adam Fox is a world-renowned expert in food allergy who has clinics in London. In this Q&A he gives practical advice for families at different stages of their journey through living with food allergy. Taking questions live, he explains the difference between saying someone is allergic to a food, versus the phrase “anaphylactic to”, he discusses the chance of outgrowing allergies, the impact of the gut biome, weaning, medication, allergy testing and OIT.
