This Q&A with nutritionist Charlotte Stirling-Reed is packed with positivity. Charlotte is mum to two kids, author of two books and started out working in the NHS. She now has a huge following as SR Nutrition on social media.

In this hour-long session, Charlotte answered questions on weaning with food allergies (and without), overcoming fussy eating, supporting siblings at mealtimes and finding the right food substitutes for your child if they have to cut an allergen from their diet. We also discussed the importance of iodine, great sources of protein, why both oily fish and white fish are important and how you can support your child if they’re stuck in a rut with preferred foods and seem reluctant to try anything new.
